Kathy Sierra has a cool blog, which I'll read more often from now on. Here's a great post from yesterday about how your customer's brain wants a conversation, not marketingspeak.
I've begged before and will again to use good and honest and real conversations to advance your product, idea, your "position." Holy cats, the difference it makes. Your customer will think you're...honest, even real. Do you think the operator is real at the hotel when s/he says, "I'll connect your call with pleasure." Come on.
